About this bottle
This is the first edition of this limited edition series, celebrating Cedar Ridge's 20th year finishing in wine casks. This is the flagship Iowa Bourbon (mash bill: 74% corn, 14% rye, 12% malted barley) which has been finished in a combination of Tokaji, ruby port, Amontillado sherry casks, and 2nd fill American oak — blended by master blender Murphy Quint. It is bottled at 100 proof and available in limited quantities as of August, 2025.
