This flavored whiskey from Cedar Ridge begins with the brand's flagship straight bourbon made from a mash bill of 74% corn, 14% rye, and 12% malted barley. Then the whiskey is transferred to an ex-bourbon barrel which held 100% maple syrup for at least six months. It's bottled at 86 proof, this is a seasonal release with the latest batch released in October 2025.
