About this bottle
This herbal-infused bourbon liqueur was inspired by German kräuterlikörs. Beginning with the brand's signature Tennessee high-malt bourbon which contained a variety of German specialty malts, 14 different botanicals are infused — each one for different periods of time. Botanicals such as star anise, ginseng, bilberry, and sarsaparilla were used among others. After aging for a year in single-use bourbon barrels, dark candi syrup was blended in before bottling in a green-colored bottle. Available in January 2024 at the Experimental Distillery in Chattanooga, TN and online via Seelbach's. (SRP $49.99)
