Dampfwerk Helgolander

Pretty ridiculously good... traditional German-style herbal liqueur with a schnapps bite. Botanicals heavy on bitters, wormwood(?), warming spices. Excellent digestiff, even better to replace Campari or vermouth in cocktails.

Lots of clove floating on other herbal magic. Like a restrained Becherovka if that makes any sense. Pleasant enough to sip neat, IMO more balanced on ice.
