Tried out at a restaurant with friends. Not exactly a complex profile but was still incredibly tasty. Silky smooth and easy to drink. Main notes I was getting were caramel, vanilla, and light woody notes. I've seen reviews saying butterscotch and baking spices and can definitely see where they get those, though they are very mild notes. Something I would get for my collection just to showcase and sometimes sip on on my own, but nothing exemplary enough to warrant showing off and handing out glasses of to guests. Bonus for me was getting to keep the bottle after as I was the one to finish it.

Had the pleasure of trying a pour of this exquisite tequila at a new local Mexican restaurant down in Myrtle Beach. The smell contained hints of herbal and vanilla tones. The palate rejoiced after experiencing big notes of herbal agave, earth, and ending with a white peppery finish. The smoothness was impressive and deceiving. It allowed the consumer to focus and enjoy the tasting notes so vividly. I guess i can understand why the pour was $50 and the bottle fetching around $500.

I tried this in Tucson as recommended by a waitress. My experience with tequila is very limited. The nose is banana, wood, slight Pinesol and smoke. The taste is juicy fruit gum with a mesquite smoked finish. Very delightful. I tried it first with a large rock and then neat. Much more complex when neat in my opinion. A lovely pour!

Tequila tasting night. My palate cannot necessarily distinguish the notes of different tequilas beyond the vanilla, caramel, oak and agave, plus this was not a night for deep contemplation, so I will rate them based on how I enjoyed them. Very good tequila.

Not as tasty as repasado. A little hot for our taste, but a rock mellows it out. Very whiskey-esq. heavy caramel and spice. No floral
