About this bottle
Since 1986, Clear Creek Distillery in Portland, Oregon has been producing spirits distilled from fruits grown in-state. They are most known for their eaux-de-vie, but also produce other fruit brandies like grappa, fruit-based liqueurs, and a single malt whiskey. Their framboise is distilled from a mash of locally-grown raspberries, with each 375ml bottle made from 80 pounds of fresh fruit. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
