Very light straw colour, oak barrelled. Medium to fast legs suggestion not an oily mouth finish. First nose getting apples, cinnamon, orange zest. Spicy on the palette 43%. Peppercorn, orange, vanilla, very long finish. Water added: nose stronger orange and bringing up vanilla. Palette more maple syrup, less orange. Maybe too much water added.

Some spice to the nose. Notes of vanilla, apples, and pears. Spices come through in the taste too. A warmth to it with ginger. Nutty and fresh as well as the expected vanilla. Lingering warmth to it. A nice balance of spice and sweet.
Very nice traditional Irish Whiskey. Lots of flavor from the two types of Oak. Vanilla, toffee, pear, and little grassiness.
A great new Irish whiskey. Very approachable overall but has a great depth and complexity to it at the same time.
A little bit of apple cider vinegar hints on nose and palate. Otherwise lite crisp and sweet.
Very enjoyable spiced fruit. Apples, cinnamon, orange zest with a spice throughout.
