About this bottle
The name "dopo teatro" refers to the late evening service in cafes and restaurants in Torino "after theater." It is made with Cocchi's classic Vermouth di Torino as the base to which the winemaker adds more botanicals such as chiretta flowers and cinchona bark. This vermouth amaro is a special category of vermouth with added bitterness.
