Grassotti Torino Vermouth di Torino

A complex, Aromatized Wine crafted with a blend of Italian red wines & botanicals such as: Piedmontese gentian, hops flowers, wormwood, aloe, rhubarb, grapefruit, ginger & vanilla. It has an aromatic birth with notes of stewed fruits, flowers, nuts, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds notes of red wine & candied citrus peel; that led to a long & complex death with notes of spice cake & almonds. I really like this one. Better than Carpano Antica to my palate (though that is probably a minority opinion). Works great in every cocktail ive tried it in - Manhattan, Negroni, boulevardier, etc.

Nose of lightly spiced wine, oregano, grape, mint. Moderately sweet on the palate, herbal, a hint of spice. Overall full of flavor, light, drinkable on its own. Nice.
