Nose: grainy, some caramel, herbal Palette: viscous buy very minty, like pepermint candy canes. Undertones of caramel, vanilla, that goldschlager cinnmon, finish lingers and has good tannins, cinnamon lingers. Compared to handy 2025 Nose: buttery, butterscotch, vanilla Palette: less cinnamon, more flavor, oaky, vanilla, tannins, much nicer.
About this bottle

Like other releases in the collection, it's packaged in a yellow cannister with a vintage label. A nice sweet rye. Gives me some taste similarities with willet rye. A little hot for my preferences though.
