Trash. The nose is uninviting and it doesn’t get any better from there. Gasoline, band-aids, and some awful smokiness. I’d rather drink Malört.
About this bottle
This Illinois distillery distills their three grain, corn-based bourbon in a copper pot still. It’s then aged in 15 gallon, charred American white oak barrels. The bottle carries no age statement.

Butterscotch and Vanilla are the main notes on the nose and mouth, with hints of wood and spice on the nose and a slight char in the mouth
Nose - oak, vanilla, and caramel. Taste - young, caramel forward, notes of vanilla. Oaky after taste.
A medicinal lots of floral notes. Carmel on the finish
