Distilled at the Grace Rum Distillery on the island of Minamidaitōjima located southeast of Okinawa, this silver rum is made from molasses. Bottled at 40% ABV, this distillery also makes a Green version distilled from fresh sugarcane juice.

Phantom Tim 4.5

Cor Cor Red is a burst of brown sugar with a little funkiness and a finish of coriander and tropical fruit. It's soft with just a hint of sweetness. I bought this as a mixer for cocktails, since it's unaged, but it's definitely interesting enough to sip neat.

A molasses rum that is funky (and grassy)– in a good way. Great for making cocktails.
