County Seat Spirits is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Pennsylvanian whiskey often uses the rye they grow there, but there’s none to be found here. This recipe consists of Pennsylvania corn, Pennsylvania wheat, and malted barley. The distillate is aged for 1 year in 15-gallon new, charred white oak barrels then bottled at 90 proof.
