Coupe Gin

I can’t believe how well balanced this gin is! I’m not a fan of super heavy juniper but I want to know it’s there. This gin has juniper on the nose and front of the palette but finishes light, with citrus and almost a (non-sweet) floral note. Amazing with just a lime in a gin and tonic but I bet if you added mint or something else it would take it to another level!

very nice citrus and corriander flavors, mixes amazing with fever tree tonic. try with a gin martini.
