About this bottle
Crème Yvette is a berry and violet liqueur and was first produced and sold in the US around 1890. It ceased production around 1969, but was reintroduced in 2010 by Cooper Spirits. It is made with four berry fruits: mure (blackberry), framboise (raspberry), cassis (black currants), and fraise sauvage (wild strawberries). This is blended with dried violet petals from Provence. Honey and orange peel is also used.
