Founded by Dominic Limbrey, D.J. Limbrey Distilling Co. is focused on producing contemporary versions of luxury spirits. Their D1 London Gin begins with a triple-distilled grain spirit. Using a traditional copper still, the spirit is distilled a final time with nine botanicals: juniper berries, coriander, orange and lemon peel, angelica root, cassia bark, almond, licorice, and nettle. It is then bottled at 40% ABV.
