David James Straight American Whiskey

This one takes me differently each time I try it. Last time it was heavy on the caramel and vanilla. This time I get more buttery and phenolic with a lingering earthiness and oak tannins. I still dig it.

Light color Nice honey caramel on the nose and palate Nice front to middle of the tongue medium finish

Comes on strong. Middles strong. Finishes bstrong. Almost a medicinal finish.
