Nose is orange peel, syrup. Bread. Body is grain, oat, brine. Cedar. Salt. Leather. Finish is vanilla, sugar, lemon, with more brine. This tastes a bit younger and harsher than I normally want, but I think it’s a fine whiskey. Won’t buy again, won’t turn my nose up at you if you do.

Really, really expected a lot more from this. Quite disappointed tbh. It's not the proof point. I like a lot of stuff in the 90-100 proof range. It just doesn't... DO much. I expected more oak influence for sure.
Nose is light, spicy, and sweet with a nutty undertone. Taste is not overly spicy, a subtle nuttiness, with some sweetness. The finish is biscuity and smooth. There is zero burn.
Nose: Vanilla, oak, nutmeg, cinnamon Taste/Finish: smooth & mellow
Nose: Cherry and vanilla Taste: Brown sugar and cinnamon
Great in an old fashioned with orange and cherry bitters
