About this bottle
Founded by Ian Hunter and Jesse Brenneman and located in Salem, Massachusetts, Deacon Giles Distillery produces handcrafted, small batch spirits. Their Original Gin is made from a mash of malted barley and rye and infused with juniper, coriander, orange and lemon peel, mace, cardamom, rose hips, and angelica root. It is distilled in the "Old Tom" style, a recipe popular during 18th century England, and bottled at 43% ABV.
