A- amber +1,medium viscosity N- w/water: nice nose! sweet ( vanilla, milk chocolate, toffee) savory (white pepper, baked eggplant?) fruity (raisins all over the place!!!, plums), cereal, wet oak P- w/water: sweet-savory spicy arrival (yummy!!), full, rich, oily, sweet ( milk chocolate, toffee), savory (white pepper, baked eggplant?), fruity ( dried fruits, raisins, plums), briny, rubbery , cereal (cooked veg), oak F- long pleasant finish, sweet-savory-cereal aftertaste so yummy!!! just WOW! so much complexity still lingering around, my dear fellow distillers if you manage to get a hold of this bottle would love to read your insights, good job Deanston!!!!!
