Quite sweet; have taken to mixing with sharp gin, or drinking straight over ice, sometimes with some bitters to bring out the aromatics. Smooth as silk.

About this bottle
This vermouth harkens back to the style popular in 19th century Italy. The white base wine is infused with herbs and botanicals grown in the Alpine hills around Turin, as well as other spices sourced elsewhere (wormwood, citrus, gentian, vanilla, cloves, mace).

Wonderfully herbal and full of citrus notes. Excellent in a martini. The best tasting vermouth we have used.
