About this bottle
Delaware Phoenix is the product of one woman--Cheryl Lins. She quite literally does everything at the distillery, from mashing to delivering finished bottles, and everything in between. All of the bourbon produced here are single-barrel offerings, and bottled when the whiskey is "ready." Note: This is bottled and sold in 375ml bottles.
