deVine Genever

First experience with Genever (very hard to come by in my area). Evocative of more contemporary gin styles on the nose but packs a wallop of malty goodness when sipped. Mixes nicely, if a bit dominant in the profile. Quality bottle!

Sweet apple juice on the nose. On tongue, malty and juicy sweetness with just a touch of botanicals.
