5.6.23 Served: Neat, Rocks Glass Last intake: Pineau de Charentes Aroma: Overwhelmingly stone fruit. Much like peach rings. Flavor: Ginseng, rhubarb fruitiness, grappa tannins. Chamomile-style florals. Certainly unique. Would love to try mixing with it in a white negroni. Doesn't hold enough flavor to be the main flavor of a cocktail. More of an accent-adder like Salers than a powerhouse like campari or aperol. Pleasant enough to drink nestn, but I'm not rushing to the store for a bottle.

A complex, bitter liqueur crafted spirits of soft winter wheat with a touch of Grappa di Barolo, vermouth bitter herbs, apricot & peach flower blossoms, that is botteled at 35% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of bitter herbs, grape pomace, fruits & wheat; while bitter life adds notes of blood orange, apricot, peach, citrus & rhubarb; that led to long & balanced death with notes of chamomile, sage, orange zest, anise & ginseng.
