This gin starts with the brand's Analog Vodka, which is redistilled with juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemon peel, chamomile flowers, cubeb berries, orris root, black cardamom, and whole leaf cascade hops. To add the hops, Dogfish uses a continual hopping method, gradually dosing the spirit in whole-leaf hops—also used to make its IPAs. Currently, this gin can only be found in Delaware and Maryland.
