Light mouthfeel with light vanillas and caramels dancing around, molasses, baking soice and various fruits like bananas come along. The finish is short and has mild baking spice in its duration. A sweet, light and not overly syrupy rum. Its nothing fantastic but its great for the price point. Would reccomend over bacardi and morgan any day.

Don Q Reserva 7 is a not a upgrade of Don Q Gold.Aromas of sweet fruit, rich tobacco, and oak greet the senses. The entry is sweet with a palate of oak and tropical fruits..The finish is brief with sweet light rum and bitter oak. It's not good straight or mixed .
Better than I expected. I thought it was going to be a bit too sweet bit actually is a nice sipper. Also did well in a daiquiri
