TLDR: it has an amazing glavor but is a bit on the mild side for bitters. Full review: i added 3 [three] dashes of the bitters to 7 (seven) ounces of water it tastes mostly rosewater and of dried rose hip with sweet anise up front and with the classic bitter gentian finish. It has amost perfect but probably wouln't stand up to the strength of mass-produced bitters in something like a sazerac
