Located in Dripping Springs, Texas, San Luis Spirits makes use of the Texas Hill Country spring water to proof down their spirits. Their gins are certified Kosher and made from non-GMO corn, making it a gluten-free product. Dripping Springs Traditional Gin, a London dry gin, is distilled in a small batches and bottled at 47.5% ABV.

Juniper and lime are prevalent up front on the nose and it just smells refreshing. The mouth feel is round and soft, deceivingly smooth for 95 proof. No heads or tails detectable, this is a very clean drinking gin.
Plenty of juniper and a touch of lime which calls for a lime slice in your gin and tonic. Proof is high enough to enjoy drinking neat.
