This vodka is distilled from Midwestern non-GMO corn and is gluten free. It is also certified Kosher by the Houston Kashruth Association. It is filtered through Swedish activated charcoal and bottled at 40% ABV.

The spirit had a nice mouth feel, soft and warm on the palette. Rolling a little around in my mouth and breathing release a nice mineral note, I’m guessing from the mineral water they proof with. The finish for me lent a little sweetness that lingered slightly, not unpleasant. The level of purity really shines through on this vodka.
The initial sweetness is nice, but this packs a punch and doesn't relent. A bit too much for me to just sip on its own, mostly to a lack of overarching flavors beyond the alcohol. Still though, very good mixer.
