El Caballito Cerrero 46 Tequila Blanco

This was hidden at bar of distributor during Duncan Taylor tasting. Great stuff impossible to find. This was made before Caballito Cerrero broke off from the crt and started making destilado de agave using blue and chato agaves. Tastes a lot like Fortaleza still strength. Nose: Cooked Agave, Canteloupe, Grass, Mint, Anise, Citrus, Floral, Green Olives Palate: cooked agave, mint, anise, melon, baking spices , cinnamon Finish: Cooked agave, mint, grass, pineapple, anise, green pepper
