Such a great sipper and a surprisingly dry Demerara. Raisins and molasses and a nice hint of both on the nose. Also I seem detect a bit of chocolate. Take the 12, 15 and 21 year El Dorado you know and envision them dryer and a much less sweeter and voila. A pleasure to sip.
