This is one of six limited edition rum bottlings for Plantation Rum for its "Under the Sea" Vintage Collection No. 2. Featuring a local marine animal on the packaging, each of the rums are distilled and aged in their country of origin and then further aged in southwest France — the signature double aging for the brand. This Guyana 2007 vintage bottling was made from a blend of rums distilled in three historic stills, including the famous Port Mourant double wooden pot still. The rum was initially aged for 13 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred to France for an additional 2 years of aging. A Guiana dolphin is featured on the label. Only 21 casks were produced. Availability begins in the US in May 2023. (SRP $80)
