An intense, Agave Spirit by Nom1438 in Oaxaca, Mexico made with Espadin & volcanic spring water, slowly steam roasted for 36 - 54 hours. It has an aromatic birth with vegetal, wood & spice notes; while a bold life adds notes of pepper, oak & agave; that led to a long & woody death with notes of more oak, & wood smoke. October 2021
