Originally tasted at 28 Mile Distilling in Highwood, IL. Very smooth, easygoing whiskey, nice after dinner or dessert drink. Predominately butterscotch flavor (and on the nose) blends well with some of the more typical bourbon flavors such as caramel and vanilla. Hint of Butterfinger candy bar. Makes a fun variation in an Old Fashioned, also good in coffee cocktails.
