Contrary to the description, this wasn’t actually made with actual Doritos chips. It’s just a neutral spirit they added the Doritos flavor powder to, then redistilled. And it tastes… bland. There’s no cheesiness, just a rumor of salinity and vague notion of MSG over… nothing. It’s dull and maybe even kind of bad. Empirical used to be interesting but at this point they may have jumped the shark.
