A balanced, 5-year-old single malt from England distilled in April 2010, matured in an Oloroso Sherry cask & bottled in February. It has a savory & sweet birth with notes of plum pudding, mince pies, red chili & charred oak; while a thick & creamy life with notes of Sherried malt, raisins, sultanas & white pepper; that led to a long, warming & sweet death with notes of juicy Sherry & a hint of smoke.
