Ewing Young Rye

Nose is herbal with ginger. Pallette starts with light fruits subtle vanilla and ends with the rye and barrel spices that lingers nicely

Spice on the nose and at the front of the palate, but followed by a surprising vanilla and honey undertone, but more spice on the finish

First sips were pretty light and empty, but it settled in nicely. A bit of burn, but fun.
