The nose is baking spice, a fruit jam, confectionery sugar, herbal tea, Vanilla, cream, toasted barrel. The taste Vanilla, cream, baking spices, herbal, fruity, slight toasty oak in the finish and as it lingers it goes into a cream again. I got this from the Bourbon Junkies on YouTube they own their own distillery called Evernorth located in Michigan. This has got to be one of the best Rye's I've had let alone whiskey this is such a recommend if you can get your hands on it. This is batch #1
