Really nice upfront aromas of vanilla, caramel and oak. First tastes are a very sweet cream with a bit of butterscotch candy. Very clear and smooth bourbon taste from start to finish with a nice linger at the end. If you like sweet drink it neat. On ice it blunts the sweetness a bit and evens out all the flavors. Either way this is a very nice bourbon cream for cold Autumn nights.
This has a beige, creamy appearance, with relatively uniform alcohol legs. The aroma is of cream, and the flavor is of cream, sugar, and mild bourbon. The body is a bit thin (but, I didn't think to shake well, before pouring). This bourbon cream finishes midway sweet to dry. RJT
Wonderful dessert drink. Chill the bottle and enjoy it neat. Also a great add to coffee.
This is good on the rocks, I bet it would it good in coffee on a cool fall night.
