About this bottle
Every process of the production of this gin is handled at the Far North Spirits estate farm including the milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling and bottling. The distillate is made using Minnesota rye and includes botanicals such as juniper, grapefruit, and thyme. Solveig is pronounced "soul-vai."
