This may be my least favorite Fee Brothers bitters in their collection. The cost and the fact that there are few rhubarb bitters on the market is the only real reason I keep it around. As with the Fee Brothers Aztec chocolate bitters, this one has a strong artificial taste to it, with little in the way of bitterness. It actually tastes more like cherry syrup than rhubarb. I don't think this is a necessary bitter to have; I have seen few recipes that call for rhubarb bitters so I don't think you will miss much by not having these around.
