About this bottle

A plethora of botanicals, 23 to be exact, go into this gin. They are sourced from all over the world and include Tuscan juniper berry, Indonesian cubeb pepper, Jamaican ginger root, Malaysian clove, Sri Lankan cinnamon and nutmeg, South Indian cardamom, West African grains of paradise, European lemon peel, orange peel, coriander seeds, licorice, Philippine star anise, Indian cassia, French rosemary and lavender blossom, orris root, hop, yarrow, gentian root, angelica, blessed thistle, and carob. Each batch produced is a blend of 4 or 5 "cuts" during the distillation to capture the botanical flavors at their peak, yielding about 35 bottles at nearly 50% ABV.
