Flóki Icelandic Young Malt

Thanks dani and nick! Tried this is iceland before but distiller wasnt a thing then. On the nares i get notes of honey, wheat, barley, smoky, grass, very earthy. On the palate it taste like green tea with notes of honey, clove, cardamom, pear, apple, Sopaipilla. Much better than my expectations

This is wild and young. Strong flavor of hay or grain with the sweetness finishing it out. The nose is really strong and a honeyfinish

Nutty, wheat, evaporates on tongue

Harsh, salty, grain, hint of fire
