Review #292 Whiskey Tour of the World 2025 #2 Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Pale yellow. Nose: The nose is freshly cut grass with some floral and fruit notes. Palate: Baking spice with some floral and cereal notes. Finish: Medium length with medium heat. Splash: No new flavors appear. Overall: 5/10 - Based on the color and nose, I expected to be underwhelmed. The palate is typical of young Irish whiskey, and not as bad as I expected. It’s not my favorite, but pretty average. Not a drain piur at least.

A dram without complexity—proof that not all things are predestined to profundity. Yet, received with gratitude, even the humble mowed-lawn flavor testifies to the goodness of creation.
Whiskey Tour of the World 2nd Edition #2. Clear straw body medium legging. Strong woody earthy tobacco aroma. Earthy woody caramel nutty flavor. Light body high warming. 6/3/7/3/12 3.1
Nose: plastic, young malt Palate: grassy, light citrus Finish: light, grainy, coats the tongue Very odd. Has a nice viscosity but would be much better with more cask influence.
It is bright & young. I’m assuming the Icelandic weather has not done much to the barrels. Regardless am enjoyable sipper. Honey, nutty and grassy notes are prominent.
Heavy bread flavors with a bit of bitterness and honey. Not really sure how I feel about it. It warms up to you, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it again.
