About this bottle
Flying Tumbler is an independent Irish whiskey bottler founded by siblings Patrick Walsh, Thomas Walsh, and Jen McGinnell. The Tippler is a blended Irish whiskey made from grain and malt whiskeys from two different distilleries. They were aged separately in ex-bourbon barrels for 12 years before being dumped, blended, and then placed into oloroso sherry casks for an additional 12 months. Bottled without chill-filtration at 43% ABV.
