Great impact of sweet tokaji casks while not overpowering the cooked agave on a buttery mouthfeel. Nose: Cooked Agave, Caramel, Apricots, Sultanas, Honey, Pineapples, White Chocolate, Raisins, Lavender, Butter Cake, Figs, Lychees Palate: Apricots, Sultanas, Honey, Cooked Agave, Anise, Cinnamon, Fig Syrup, Raspberries, Butter Cake Finish: Cooked Agave, Honey, Apricot Syrup, Sunflowers, Lavender, Orgeat, Walnuts, Seville Oranges

So unique. There is a nicr green agave to start that turns into a sweet roasted agave. The oak tannins dance lightly across the toungue. there comes some apricot, grapefruit, key limes and apple, as well as small dashes of minerality. The finish is clean and crisp with the fruit and earthiness still lingering. one of the best reposados ive ever had

Pepper, caramel, vanilla, nice thick mouthfeel. I think I preferred the 2021, but this is still quite delicious.

First try was citrusy with maybe a toasted Carmel vanilla on the finish.
