Light agave and wood nose. The few extra years in the cask really smooths this expression out. Remarkably well balanced, the agave intertwines with the oak creating a cohesive whole with plenty of body. Some light spiciness, toffee and char, but the vegetal characteristics really shine here, somehow lifted up by the few extra years in the barrel. We really enjoyed this tequila and highly recommend it as a quality sipper. Very well done.
