Fortuitous Union

This review is for Batch 2, 111.8 proof Color is light golden. Nose has molasses, chocolate, and a touch of anise. Rum flavors hit first but the finish brings the rye with anise and pepper. An interesting drink. Ice softens the edges nicely.

5 year rye whisky. 12 year Trinidad rum. 3/4 rum. 1/4 whiskey 50.5% alc. pretty good accident
