About this bottle
Four Pillars X Hernö Dry Island Gin is a collaboration between the Australian and Swedish gin brands. Cameron Mackenzie, co-founder and distiller for Four Pillars, teamed up with Jon Hillgren, distiller & founder for Hernö. Together they created Dry Island Gin at Four Pillars. Botanicals used: juniper, coriander, river mint, roasted wattleseed, strawberry gum, lemon myrtle, fresh lemons, and Swedish meadowsweet. Released in August 2018, this is the second release in the Four Pillars Distiller Series.
