Very disappointing overall. Way too sweet and fruity. Only the faintest hit of rhubarb in the finish. I love rhubarb in amari and I was hoping that this would be a bittersweet liqueur showcasing the herb. It isn't. I am not even really sure how I'd use this in cocktails; I think it would end up being a generic sweetener that doesn't add much depth to the drink.
